Clayton and Stuart's business relationship began in 2020. Over lunch at the Cherry Cricket, Stuart engaged Clayton to raise debt and equity on behalf of Silver Point Development for the development of Elevation 25. The two worked together closely in client/advisor roles for the next year and successfully closed the transaction in December 2021. Shortly thereafter, the two partnered up and formed what is now SPC Investors.
